Refund Policy

Once you register for a training session at Zx Academy, the company has the right to deduct a fee to cover the costs of training expenses, demo sessions, server usage, and administrative costs as per the instructions below, if the candidate wishes to discontinue from the course.

Refund Schedule

• If the candidate has just registered for the training, Zx Academy has the right to deduct $100.
• Zx Academy has the right to deduct 50% of the training fee if the candidate requests a refund after attending a minimum of 2 sessions.
• There will be no refund if the candidate requests a refund after attending a minimum of 5 sessions.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at info@zxacademy.com with your full name, course name, and the reason for the refund request. Our team will review your request and respond within 1–2 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
